PART 1: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By accessing or using www.Ace-Classes.com, purchasing a course, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our website or services.

Checkout Notice: By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, including the use of your information for personalized advertising as described therein.

Notices from Ace-Classes.com, Inc. to you may be posted on our website and deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting. Notices from you must be sent by email to Info@Ace-classes.com or by mail to:

Ace-Classes.com, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including for conduct that violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests. Information on this site may contain inaccuracies and may be updated without notice, including pricing and availability.

You must complete your CE course within the deadline specified in your package:

• FL Licensure Package: Course link expires 60 days from purchase.

• Renewal or Unlimited CE Credits Package: Deadline is 30 days, 60 days, or 6 months depending on the package. Promotional packages must be completed within 30 days.

Extensions: Contact Info@Ace-classes.com at least five (5) days before expiration. Requests are reviewed case-by-case. If approved, a one-time extension of up to 30 days may be granted; additional fees may apply. Extensions are not guaranteed.

Online Courses: Refunds are available within ten (10) business days of purchase for courses not yet completed. No refunds for completed courses.

Live & Live Web-Based Presentations: Cancellations must be made in writing at least two (2) weeks in advance. No refunds for late cancellations. All refunds subject to a $25.00 administration fee.

To request a refund, email Info@Ace-classes.com with your name, order number, and reason for the request.

To request disability accommodations, contact us at Info@Ace-classes.com prior to your course start date. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace-Classes.com, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Before initiating legal action, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting Info@Ace-classes.com. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue legal remedies. All legal actions shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts in Broward County, Florida.

Contact us immediately at Info@Ace-classes.com for any grievance. We will respond within five (5) business days. If unresolved, submit your grievance in writing to: Administrator, Ace-Classes.com, Inc., 110 SE 6th St, 17th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301.

Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ace-Classes.com, Inc.

Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Changes: We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or website notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your personal information is our priority. This Privacy Policy applies to Ace-Classes.com, Inc. and www.Ace-Classes.com (collectively, "we," "our," or "us"), an online continuing education provider. By using our website, products, or services, you acknowledge this Policy. We may update it periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance.

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you register, purchase, contact us, or subscribe, including:

• Name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number

• Billing, payment, and purchase history

• Course registration and completion records

• Customer support communications and marketing preferences

We also automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, and access times.

• Operate our website, process payments, and deliver courses and services

• Verify course completion and maintain educational records

• Communicate about your account, purchases, and courses

• Send promotional emails, newsletters, and offers (opt-out available)

• Improve our website, analyze performance, and measure advertising effectiveness

• Advertise our products via email, search engines, and social media platforms

• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

We may use your contact information to market our products through platforms including Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, Snapchat, and others. This may include Customer Match lists, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and remarketing audiences. Platforms use secure hashing when matching data. We do not sell or rent your information; it is used solely to promote our own products. Each platform's own privacy policy governs further data use.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (payment processors, hosting, LMS, CRM, email, analytics, advertising, and cloud storage) authorized to use it solely on our behalf. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud. In a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, customer information may be transferred accordingly.

We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Manage your preferences through browser settings and the choices described in this Policy.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email Info@Ace-classes.com with your full name, account email, and description of your request. We will respond within 45 days and may verify your identity before processing.

Please note: As a state-approved continuing education provider, Ace-Classes.com, Inc. is required by applicable licensing board regulations to maintain student and course completion records for a minimum of five (5) years. Deletion requests cannot be honored to the extent that your records are subject to this mandatory retention requirement. We will inform you if this applies to your request.

We may contact you regarding registrations, purchases, account info, CE updates, promotions, and announcements. Opt out of promotional emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Transactional communications may still be sent. Text message marketing requires your express prior consent where required by law.

We retain personal information as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support legitimate business operations. As a state-approved continuing education provider, we are required by applicable licensing board regulations to retain student enrollment and course completion records for a minimum of five (5) years. This retention obligation takes precedence over deletion requests to the extent required by law or regulation.

We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to provide our products and services, maintain educational records, communicate with customers, and operate our business.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including TLS encryption, secure servers, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of internet transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law, within the timeframe required by applicable state or federal law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, you must obtain parental or guardian permission before using this website. We encourage parents and guardians of minors of any age to supervise online activity.
