2. Where is my login information? I paid for a course, but I have not received an email with login instructions.
Once you make a purchase, the Learning Management System generates an automatic email with your login instructions that will go to the email you provided when you filled out your profile. Many times, if you did not receive the email it is because your SPAM filters blocked the email or sent it to your JUNK folder. If you used an email address with the suffixes .edu, .org, .gov, or something similar, your organization/agency likely has SPAM filters that are blocking the email. In that case, contact us at info@Ace-Classes.com and we will send you your login information.
3. I believe my account expired; how may I gain access ASAP?
Most importantly do not get frustrated, our support team is waiting to help as mentioned in other Q&A’s. We are always here to help!
4. I seem to have misplaced my certificates, is it possible to have access to my account so I may download them again?
Simply contact us directly, and we would be more than happy to send them to you within minutes of the request.
5. What are my CE requirements?
You should contact the Board who renews your license as the requirements differ from State to State
6. If I fail the test may I retake it, or do I have to buy the course again?
Yes, you may retake the test until you pass. You are not penalized for failing the test with no additional charge.
7. Why wasn’t my credit reported to CE Broker?
It is imperative that you provide us with your full license number when you register. Incomplete or missing license numbers will result in a delay reporting to CE Broker. If you were previously an intern make sure you update your profile with your new license number. If you make a mistake then email us and we will assist you.
8. I’m a Registered Intern, how does the Florida Board get my certificate?
If you are a Registered Intern you must provide the Board with a copy of your Laws and Rules Certificate. Below is the contact information and you should contact the Board for specific questions with regard to your application.

9. What is the provider number and school name?
Our provider number is 50-8004 and Ace Classes is the school name.
10. Do you report my CEs directly to the board / CE Broker?
When in the portal please be sure to register your license number so we may upload all CEs directly to the board within minutes of a passing grade.
Example: SW12345, MH12345, MT12345
10. My access to the CE is out of date and inactive?
This course or package gives you access to the CE for sixty (60 Days). If you need an extension you must contact us before the expiration date. Please contact us for additional assistance.
11. Are you approved by the NBCC?
